Over 8 in 10 corporations have tax havens.”

Jesus represents Love. There are many roads to the mountain top. Come Jewish and Muslim, Christian and Buddhist, whatever you call yourself. Proclaim the mystery of being human and doing unto others as you would have done unto you.

The Gulf Oil Spill…What?

December 24, 2010 Leave a comment

“The U.S. Chemical Safety Board….is demanding that the [oil spill] analysis stop until representatives of the companies that made and maintained the device are removed from the process….
Cameron and Transocean officials are among a small army of representatives allowed to watch and consult, they are not involved in the actual testing. That’s being done by a Norwegian firm.
The board said it also wants that firm terminated or at least supervised by a neutral third-party.”

Osama bin Laden is so 9/11…

Life goes on. C’est la vie. This is Life.

What if…what if it was different? We wouldn’t be human if we didn’t war – that is what some people think. I’ve heard people say things like that. I’ve also heard other people say that if we allow sovereign nations to have control of their fossil fuel resources without fear of military incursion, we may establish a self-sufficient, peaceful global culture, as a response. We, the United States, may have to rethink and retool our national energy policy, as war becomes a less palatable option in the peaceful future ahead.

Grow Locally. Shop Locally. Manufacture Locally. Everything Locally.

I’m just saying, check out the big block of land that North and South America has with which to provide a  multitude of trade routes from the North of America (Canada/Mexico/United States) to Central & South America (Argentina, Brazil, Panama, and yes! Venezuela!). Why are we fighting in Iraq? F*ck if anyone knows at this point. We sure as sh*t didn’t go in there to set up a democracy. WMD was all the rage back in ’02/’03. That and a false Iraq-9/11-al Qaeda connection. We went in there for oil, and to settle a son’s score for his father’s blessings by removing Saddam from power. However, we were told WMD-9/11-al Qaeda =Iraq, which was a bunch of B.S.

We can support democracy here at home, in the Americas, by allowing the People’s Will to determine the outcome. We can trade for oil with Canada, Mexico and Venezuela; along with ethanol from Brazil. We can manufacture solar-electric panels in Central America and ship ’em to and fro, north and south. Solar-electric panels for everybody, while we ween ourselves off a majority oil use for the next 30-40 years. We make plug-in electric cars in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the USA, Venezuela, and in every other country too, if  each of them so desires a renewable energy future for its people. A sustainable future of Peace built on a sustainable future of Energy.

No more wars for oil…and then we can trade with Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia, too. In fact, no more war, at all. Let’s give Peace a chance. War becomes a thing of the past.
