Hey, is that your house? Whoops!…

Subprime was the problem all the time; and the hey day of Subprime was 2004-2007, when George W. Bush was the President and Hank Paulson was the CEO of Goldman Sachs/ United States Treasury Secretary. Also, from 2001 to 2006, the Republicans had a stranglehold majority in both houses of Congress. It’s all true. Nothin’ but Fande. Search your keywords on this site and you will find various, highly accredited, named sources corroborating the above information.

“The usual suspects led the list of top cities for foreclosure filings during the last three months. Cities in four states — California, Florida, Nevada, and Arizona — accounted for the 13 hardest hit areas, according to foreclosure marketer RealtyTrac, which released its third quarter report on Thursday….

Los Angeles had nearly 49,000 [properties with foreclosure filings].

Several metro areas experienced significant increases in already substantial foreclosure numbers. Filings almost doubled in the Riverside-San Bernardino area compared with three months earlier, to nearly 36,000 properties.

Vallejo, Calif., filings jumped 45%, quarter to quarter…and San Diego recorded a 62% increase.”
